POLICY & FAQ

Order Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Processing for all orders will take at least 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). All pre-order release items are estimated to ship on the expected ship date communicated for each product. You will be notified of any delays. All orders will receive tracking information via email.

 

Shipping Policy

Please allow two weeks for shipping. Items are shipped First Class and are estimated to deliver within 2-3 business days after they have been shipped. This is the In-Transit time only and does not include the processing time of 2-3 business days. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note if we are vending for an event this will delay your ship date. Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19.

 

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, if any item is found to be defective, it will be replaced with the same size and color. We must be notified within 3 business days of delivery if an item is defective and it must be unworn. 1895 Apparel will gladly offer a store credit if your defective item is no longer in stock. The shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the issued store credit. Therefore, your store credit will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only

All sale item(s) and vending sales are final.

 

Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange an item for you. Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please email hello@1895apparel.com for exchange instructions. Exchanges must meet the requirements under the Exchange Condition Policy in order for your exchange to be approved. If your exchange is approved and your requested size is not available an 1895 Apparel store credit will be issued.

Exchange Condition

Please package the item(s) being exchanged in the original packaging. 1895 Apparel has the right to deny the exchange of any item(s) that appear worn, washed, or do not have the original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrance, and deodorant.

Lost/Stolen Items

1895 Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. In case of lost or stolen packages please contact the carrier directly and file a claim with the carrier. Once packages are transferred to the carrier, 1895 Apparel is no longer in possession of the packages and are unable to replace them. If you need assistance with filing a claim with the carrier, please send an email to hello@1895apparel.com

Custom Orders

We require a minimum order quantity of 10 for all custom orders. We specialize in custom shirts, jackets, sweaters, satin bombers, varsity coats, hats, mask, etc.  Depending on the complexity of your order and current requests, processing time may range from 2 to 8 weeks. Artwork fees are applicable depending on the design.

 

Privacy Policy

When you purchase from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Your data is stored through a secured server behind a firewall and will only be used for the intent of the purchase and delivery of  product purchased.
